摘要
针对铁路电务系统转辙机检修过程中出现的零部件损伤,漏装、错装,整机组装效率低、不便管理等问题,提出了新的组装工艺,设计了针对整机组装的装配车。装配车具有结构布局合理、外观整洁美观,部件定位放置、主动纠错提示的特点,通过转辙机修配组装实践,验证了装配车的功能特点的可行性以及装配车在转辙机修配组装过程中强大的纠错提示能力,从根本上解决了转辙机修配过程中发生的漏装、错装以及部件二次损伤问题,提高了转辙机修配效率,保证了转辙机修配的正确性。
This paper tries to provide the innovative assembling technologies to address problems occurred in the overhaul of switch machines in the railway electricity system,such as the gadget damage,mis-assemble and wrong assemble of gadgets,low assembly efficiency,and inconvenient management,etc.This work shows the design of assembly cart specifically for the whole-assembling purpose.The assembling cart has the characteristics of reasonable structure layout,clean and appealing appearance,being equipped with the gadget locating and placement system,as well as the active error correction tips.It is proved through the trials and experiments that the feasibility of all features of the assembling cart,as well as the outstanding capability of the error-correction prompts in the process of assembly and repairing of switch machines are solid and practical.Hence it would thoroughly solve the problems like mis-assemble and wrong assemble of gadgets and secondary damages to the gadgets.Therefore,it would improve the assembly efficiency,and guarantee the accuracy in the overhaul of switch machines.
