摘要
通过蓝牙耳机的使用特性和底壳的结构工艺性分析,确定采用整版式注射模同时生产底壳和上盖,以底壳为侧重点,阐述了模具结构设计的要点及工作原理。经试模检验,模具结构合理,工作可靠,底壳达到外观质量及尺寸精度要求。
Through the use characteristics of the Bluetooth headset and the structural technical analysis of the bottom shell,it is determined that the full-scale injection mold is used to produce the bottom shell and the upper cover.This article focuses on the bottom shell and explains the main points and working principles of the mold structure design.Through the mold test,it is proved that the mold structure is reasonable and the work is reliable;the bottom shell meets the requirements of appearance quality and dimensional accuracy.
