摘要 液氮作为保安、化工开车、后备供气所需氮气的补充,其储备和需求也非常重要,针对传统高氮制氮流程的局限性,就如何提高液氮产量和调节范围方法,提出了一种新型带辅冷制冷循环的大型双塔制氮方案设计。通过方案实施及应用,验证了此方法具有氮气产量大,液体产量调节范围宽,液体、气体工况能耗低,占地面积小等特点,尤其适合大型、超大型的制氮需求。 As the supplement of Nitrogen for safety,chemical start-up and back-up gas supply,the storage and demand of liquid Nitrogen is also very important.In view of the limitation of the traditional Nitrogen production process,a new large-scale double-column Nitrogen production scheme with auxiliary condensing evaporator and refrigeration cycle is proposed in this paper on how to improve the liquid Nitrogen output and regulation range.Through the implementation and application of the scheme,it is verified that the method has the characteristics of large Nitrogen output,wide regulation range of liquid output,low energy consumption under liquid and gas working mode,and small floor area,etc;it is especially suitable for large and super large Nitrogen production demand.
