摘要
针对机床主轴部件存在的系列问题而导致其功能失效进行了探讨,通过对主轴结构关键位置的孔径和孔深进行改动,而使与其相配合的零件改动量相对较小。经过结构改善的主轴结构既能满足机床的使用功能要求,又具有良好的加工和装配工艺性,而且提高了机床主轴部件的稳定性、可靠性。这种改善后的结构在理论上和实践中证明都是可行的,并且得到了良好的应用。
This paper discusses the functional failure of the machine tool spindle components due to a series of problems exsisting in the spindle components.The amount of changes to the parts that match it is relatively small by changing the aperture and hole depth at the key positions of the main shaft structure.The improved spindle structure can not only meet the functional requirements of the machine tool,but also have good processing and assembly technology;and it could improve the stability and reliability of the machine tool spindle components.The improved structure has proved to be feasible in theory and practice,and has been well applied.
