摘要
通过对液冷侧板生产过程工艺分析,定位故障产生的工序,从设计、材料和操作三个方面对故障进行诊断分析。通过对密封圈卡槽尺寸设计不合理,密封圈尺寸选择不合适,密封圈材料无弹性,密封圈未卡入卡槽,重复使用密封圈脱落几方面分析,得出了引起密封圈多余物的主要原因,为后续工艺改进和过程控制提供了建议。
Based on the analysis of the production process of the liquid cooled side plate and the process of locating the fault,the fault is diagnosed and analyzed from three aspects of design,material and operation.Through the analysis of unreasonable design of seal ring groove size,improper selection of seal ring size,inelastic seal ring material,the seal ring not stuck in groove,and repeated use of seal ring falling off,the main causes of seal ring excess are obtained,which would provide suggestions for the subsequent process improvement and the process control.
