摘要
针对废旧汽车拆解过程中双轴粉碎机刀具的设计需求,基于粉碎机刀具和刀轴的工作原理,通过刀具工作状态分析及刀具计算,得到刀轴的扭矩数值,为后续刀具的刀片分析提供依据。通过有限元分析软件Ansys对刀具的刀片进行计算和分析,获得刀片的位移和应力云图,为材料的选择提供一定的指导意义。
In view of the tool design requirements of double axis crusher in the dismantling process of the used cars,the working principle of the cutter and the cutter shaft of the crusher are mainly introduced in this paper.Through analysis of the tool working state and tool calculation,the torque value of tool shaft is obtained,which provides the basis for the blade analysis of subsequent tool.The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to calculate and analyze the blade of the cutter,and the displacement and stress nephogram of the blade is obtained,which provides certain guidance for the selection of materials.
