摘要
漳村煤矿松软煤层现场井下打钻经常出现塌孔、抱钻、顶钻等现象,成孔率低,为了提高成孔率及解决钻进困难问题,研制了多级变径钻头与双螺旋防抱钻孔,通过在漳村煤矿2506工作面的应用,得出多级变径钻头与双螺旋防抱钻孔可以克服圆形钻杆排渣慢、钻进速度低的问题,达到成孔率高且成孔速度快的目的,经过多次验证,解决了松软煤层井下打钻出现的塌孔、抱钻、顶钻及成孔率低的问题,为松软煤层钻进提供了新技术和新思路。
According to the development of soft coal seam in Zhangcun Coal Mine,the phenomenon of hole collapse,holding drilling and top drilling often occurs in underground drilling,and the hole forming rate is low.In order to improve the hole forming rate and solve the problem of drilling difficulties,this paper mainly develops multi-stage variable diameter drill and double helix anti-lock drilling.Through the application in 2506 working face of Zhangcun Coal Mine,it is concluded that the multi-stage variable diameter drill and double helix anti holding drilling can overcome the problems of slow slag discharge and low drilling speed of round drill pipe,and it would have high hole forming rate and fast hole forming speed.After many times of verification,the problems of hole collapse,holding drilling,top drilling and low hole forming rate in drilling in the soft coal seam have been solved,and new technologies and new ideas have been provided for drilling in the soft coal seam.
