钢煤斗滑移安装技术的探讨及应用

摘要 燃煤发电厂钢煤斗安装主要采用分片(节)散装技术和分段安装技术。有些工程受安装场地、吊装设备和安装成本的制约,传统的安装技术无法满足需要,亟待创新发展新的安装技术。介绍了滑移安装技术的优点,并以某电厂钢煤斗安装工程为例,详细介绍了吊装方法的选择、钢煤斗滑移轨道及千斤顶卸载点的布置、钢煤斗的临时卸载装置设置和滑移安装全过程。通过工程实践证明,该技术应用取得了良好的效果,同时指出了应用该技术时必须具备的条件和注意的事项。 The installation of steel coal hoppers in coal-fired power plants mainly adopts the technology of segmented bulk and segmented installation.Some projects are restricted by the installation site,hoisting equipment and installation cost,and the traditional installation technology can not meet the needs,so it is urgent to innovate and develop new installation technology.In this paper,the advantages of sliding installation technology are introduced.Taking the steel coal hopper installation project of a power plant as an example,the selection of lifting method,the arrangement of sliding track of steel coal hopper and the unloading point of jack,the setting of temporary unloading device of steel coal hopper and the whole process of sliding installation are introduced in detail.It is proved through the engineering practice that the application of this technology has achieved good results;at the same time,the necessary conditions and points for attention during the application process of this technology are pointed out.
