摘要
目前煤矿井下传统的绞车等运输方式运行效率低,安全风险大,为解决这一问题,设计了一种以液压驱动为主的单轨吊车辅助运输系统,通过对其驱动、起重、制动和监测系统等的选择,完成系统整体设计。针对轨道固定等实际使用过程中的问题,提出了相应的解决方法,该系统对提高煤矿井下运输效率、拓展单轨吊车使用环境、确保煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。
At present,the traditional winch and other transportation modes in coal mine have low operation efficiency and high safety risk.In order to solve this problem,a monorail crane auxiliary transportation system mainly driven by hydraulic pressure is designed in this article.Through selection of its driving,lifting,braking and monitoring system,the overall design of the system is completed.In view of the problems in the actual use process such as track fixing,the corresponding solutions are then put forward.This system is of great significance to improve the underground transportation efficiency,expand the use environment of monorail crane,and ensure the safe production of coal mine.
