摘要
单线式润滑系统因各分配器之间相互独立,布管简单,系统易于扩展,在大功率风力发电机组特别是海上风电机组上得到广泛的应用。从系统工作原理,单线分配器结构等方面分析对比了几种单线式润滑系统,介绍了其常见故障及其产生的原因,总结了单线式润滑系统一些设计准则和应用技术要求,为风力发电机组润滑系统设计和选型提供了有效的指导。
The single-line lubrication system is widely used in high-power wind turbines,especially the offshore wind turbines,because the distributors are independent of each other,the pipe is simple,and the system is easy to expand.In this article,several single-line lubrication systems are analyzed and compared through the working mechanism and the mechanical structure of single-line distributor;then the common faults and causes are introduced.In the mean time,some design rules and technical requirements of application are summarized.It would provide some guidance for design and selection of the lubrication systems for wind turbines.
