基于知识元的蜗杆参数化建模系统

摘要 为了快速实现蜗杆的精确建模,在对蜗杆的建模分析和参数化分析的基础上,提出一种基于设计过程知识元的蜗杆参数化模型设计方法。该方法分析蜗杆的设计知识,建立蜗杆设计的领域本体,通过本体和规则对蜗杆设计知识进行表达。并以设计知识为驱动,针对SolidWorks软件进行二次开发,建立蜗杆参数化设计原型系统,具备蜗杆精确成型的程序调控能力,进而实现蜗杆零件的参数化设计。此方法有提高产品设计效率与快速建模的价值和意义。 In order to quickly realize the accurate modeling of worm,based on the modeling analysis and the parametric analysis,a worm design method based on the knowledge unit of design process is proposed.This method analyzes the worm design knowledge,establishes the worm design domain ontology,and expresses the worm design knowledge through ontology and rules.Combined with the design knowledge,the secondary development of SolidWorks software is carried out,and the prototype system of worm parametric design is established,which has the program control ability of worm accurate forming so as to realize the parametric design of worm parts.This method has the value of improving product design efficiency and rapid modeling.
