摘要
针对现有汽车后市场上新能源汽车实训设备存在高压风险以及教学演示不直观的问题,研发了一套应用于新能源汽车教学上的点触互动实训系统。该系统由控制装置、教学面板、点触笔、移动端、高压上电线网系统、高压上电控制系统以及视觉变化装置组成,并采用基于温变技术的视觉变化装置把新能源汽车高压上电过程中信号的变化从不可视变为可视,使学生能直观清晰的了解高压上电的过程以及各相关模块的工作流程,并为企业研发实用的新能源汽车实训设备提供借鉴。
In view of the existing problems of high-pressure risk and non-intuitive teaching demonstration of new energy vehicle training equipment in the post-auto market,a set of point touch interactive training system applied to new energy vehicle teaching is developed in this article.The system is composed of the control device,teaching panel,touch pen,mobile terminal,high voltage power-on system,high voltage power-on control system and the visual change device.By using the visual change device based on the temperature change technology,the signal change of the new energy vehicle in the process of high-voltage power on is changed from invisible to visible,so that students can understand the process of high-voltage power on and the workflow of each related module intuitively and clearly.It would provide reference for the enterprises to develop the practical new energy vehicle training equipment.
