摘要
通过热处理试验、拉伸试验、冲击试验和金相检验等手段分析回火温度对12Cr2Mo1钢锻件力学性能影响,结果表明,12Cr2Mo1钢锻件宜选择在680~710℃的温度区间进行回火,这样能够获得良好的力学性能。当回火温度过高时,由于显微组织中碳化物的长大及贝氏体板条的粗化,最终逐渐转变为粒状贝氏体,导致其力学性能变差。不同回火温度下12Cr2Mo1钢锻件的力学性能和显微组织演变的研究试验可该材质的热处理和测试分析提供借鉴。
The effects of tempering temperature on the mechanical properties of 12Cr2Mo1 steel forgings were analyzed by means of the heat treatment test,the tensile test,the impact test and the metallographic test.The results show that good mechanical properties could be obtained when the 12Cr2Mo1 steel should be tempered in the temperature range from 680℃ to 710℃.When the tempering temperature is too high,the mechanical properties of steel is deteriorated because of the growth of carbides and coarsening of the Bainite lath in the microstructure,it would eventually gradually transform into granular Bainite.Research on the mechanical properties and microstructure evolution of the 12Cr2Mo1 steel forgings at different tempering temperatures could provide reference for the heat treatment and test analysis of the material.
