摘要 为了研究不同的音乐对奶牛产奶性能和血液激素水平的影响,试验选用某地区牛场进行试验案例分析,试验共分为3期,每期为60 d,每期试验均选取年龄、产奶量等接近,饲养水平一致的奶牛,将试验对象随机分成试验组和对照组,每组15头。试验组早、中、晚挤奶前2 h播放不同类型的音乐,对照组按常规方法饲养。每10天测定一次泌乳牛的产奶量,并采集血样。结果发现,在60 d的周期内,播放民族音乐的试验组相对于对照组的产奶量平均降低12.60%,播放轻音乐的试验组比对照组产奶量高10.25%,差异相对比较显著(P<0.05),而在60 d的周期内,播放流行音乐的试验组比对照组产奶量平均降低0.71%,差异显著。在试验进行的第30天,民族音乐组的COR含量比对照组高8.54%,差异相对比较显著(P<0.05),轻音乐组的GH含量比对照组高30.95%,差异相对比较显著(P<0.05),轻音乐组的5-HT含量相对于对照组来低13.31%,差异相对比较显著(P<0.05)。通过上述分析可以发现,民族音乐对泌乳牛的产奶量有一定抑制作用,而轻音乐能有效促进泌乳牛产奶量的提升,流行音乐对泌乳牛的产奶量影响效果不大。 In order to study the effect of different music on milk production performance and blood hormone level of dairy cows,a local dairy farm was selected for case analysis.The experiment was divided into three phases of 60 days each.Lactating cows with similar age,milk yield and identical feeding level were selected during each phase of the experiment.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,16 in each group and the control group.The experimental group played different types of music two hours before milking three times in the morning,middle and evening,while the control group was fed according to the conventional feeding method.Milk yield of lactating cows was measured every ten days and blood samples were taken.Through the analysis of the experimental results,relevant conclusions are drawn.In the 60-day period,the milk yield of the experimental group playing folk music is lower than 12.60%on average compared with that of the control group,while the milk yield of the experimental group playing light music is higher than 10.25%compared with that of the control group.The difference is relatively obvious,while in the 60-day period,the milk yield of the experimental group playing pop music is lower than 0.71%on average compared with that of the control group,and the difference is not obvious.On the 30th day of the experiment,the COR content of the ethnic music group was 8.54%higher than that of the control group,the difference was relatively significant,the GH content of the light music group was 30.95%higher than that of the control group,the difference was relatively significant,the 5-HT content of the light music group was 13.31%lower than that of the control group,the difference was relatively significant.Through the above analysis,we can draw relevant conclusions.National music has a certain inhibitory effect on the milk yield of lactating cows.Light music can effectively promote the milk yield of lactating cows.Pop music has little effect on the milk yield of lactating cows.
