复合中草药制剂对猪流行性腹泻的治疗效果研究

Study on the therapeutic effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on porcine epidemic diarrhea

本研究旨在评价复合中草药制剂对猪流行性腹泻的治疗效果。选取100只某猪场患病仔猪,随机分为4组,试验2、3、4组分别添加0.4、0.8、1.2 g的中草药制剂于5 mL人工乳中进行灌服,试验1组灌服等体积人工乳,连续处理5 d,之后观察3 d。试验结果:试验1组仔猪的死亡率达到66.7%,治愈率为0.0%。试验2、3、4组仔猪的治愈率分别为53.3%、66.6%、60.0%,死亡率较试验1组分别降低60.0%、63.4%、63.4%。与试验1组相比,试验3、4组仔猪平均末重分别提高11.5%、10.9%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组ADG分别提高1600.0%、2100.0%、1900.0%(P<0.05)。与试验1组相比,试验2、3、4组仔猪十二指肠VH分别增加9.5%、13.0%、11.8%(P<0.05),V/C分别增加16.1%、23.3%、16.3%(P<0.05)。试验3组仔猪空肠VH较试验1组增加16.2%(P<0.05),CD降低18.5%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组V/C较试验1组分别增加10.8%、42.5%、14.4%(P<0.05)。此外,试验3、4组仔猪回肠VH分别较试验1组增加13.0%、12.5%(P<0.05),试验3组CD降低11.2%,而试验2、3、4组V/C分别降低15.7%、27.2%、18.0%(P<0.05)。表明本研究中使用的中草药制剂对仔猪流行性腹泻具有良好的治疗效果,同时,改善了仔猪生长性能和肠道健康,治疗剂量为0.8 g/d时效果最佳。

The study was to explore the therapeutic effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine(CCH)on porcine epidemic diarrhea.100 sick piglets from a pig farm were selected BW were fed 4×103 TCID50 PEDV(dissolved in 4 mL PBS)for 2 days.After that,120 infected piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups.In group 2,3 and 4,0.4,0.8 and 1.2g CCH preparations were added to 5mL artificial milk for gavage.Same volume artificial milk for group 1,for 5 consecutive days and then observed for 3 days.Results:the mortality rate of piglets in the group1 was 66.7%,and the cure rate was 0.0%.The cure rate was 53.3%,66.6%and 60.0%in group 2,3 and 4,and the mortality rate was 60.0%,63.4%and 63.4%lower than that in group 1.The final BW of piglets in group 3 and 4 higher by 11.5%and 10.9%(P<0.05),and ADG in group 2,3 and 4 highr by 1600.0%,2100.0%and 1900.0%(P<0.05).Group 2,3 and 4 higher duodenal VH by 9.5%,13.0%,11.8%than group 1(P<0.05),and V/C by 16.1%,23.3%and 16.3%(P<0.05).The VH and CD of jejunum in the group 3 higher by 16.2%and 18.5%(P<0.05),and the V/C of the group 2,3,4 increased by 10.8%,42.5%and 14.4%(P<0.05).In addition,VH in ileum of piglets in group 3 and 4 higher by 13.0%and 12.5%(P<0.05),CD in group3 lower by 11.2%,while V/C in group 2,3 and 4 lower by 15.7%,27.2%and 18.0%(P<0.05).The results show that the CCH used in this study has a good therapeutic effect on epidemic diarrhea of piglets,and it improves the growth performance and intestinal health of piglets,and the best therapeutic dose is 0.8g/day.
