摘要
市场化经济背景下,人力资源在企业经营发展中占据重要位置。随着人才竞争的日益激烈,如何有效解决人力资源管理方面存在的问题,对我国民营饲料企业的发展具有深远影响。本文首先分析我国民营企业人力资源管理现状,找出人力资源管理过程中存在的问题,提出有针对性的改善策略,以此实现我国民营饲料企业的可持续发展。
Under the background of market economy,human resources is an important part of enterprise management and development.In the face of increasingly fierce talent competition,how to solve the problems of human resource management scientifically is of great practical significance to the sustainable development of private feed enterprises in China.This paper first analyzes the present situation of human resource management in private enterprises in China,finds out the problems existing in the process of human resource management,and puts forward targeted improvement strategies to realize the sustainable development of private feed enterprises in China.
