无患子壳粉对种鸡繁殖性能的影响

Effect of soapberry shell powder on reproduction performance of broiler breeders

本研究探讨了在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加不同水平无患子壳粉对种鸡繁殖性能的影响。试验选择37周龄的母鸡320只、公鸡80只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只(16只母鸡,4只公鸡),各组分别在基础日粮中添加0、50、100和200 mg/kg无患子壳粉,试验共开展42 d。结果:200 mg/kg无患子壳粉组公鸡血清睾丸酮水平较其他组显著提高了55.37%、28.77%和23.68%(P<0.05),同时该组公鸡精浆睾丸酮水平较对照组和50 mg/kg无患子壳粉组显著提高了17.02%和12.24%(P<0.05)。200 mg/kg无患子壳粉组较其他组精液体积分别提高了40.32%、40.32%和17.57%(P<0.05),而精子数和运动性较对照组和50 mg/kg无患子壳粉组分别提高了15%、7.12%和5.89%、4.64%(P<0.05)。对照组受精率分别较其他三组显著降低了3.57%、6.65%和1.79%(P<0.05),总蛋孵化率占比分别降低了13.90%、14.28%和10.27%(P<0.05),受精蛋孵化率占比分别降低了9.68%、11.13%和5.00%(P<0.05),但胚胎死亡率较其他三组提高了69.40%、107.32%和88.75%(P<0.05)。结论:日粮添加100 mg/kg无患子壳粉显著提高了种鸡血清和精浆睾酮水平,改善了精液性状、受精和孵化能力,显著降低了胚胎死亡率。

This study investigated the effect of different levels of soapberry shell powder in corn-soybean meal diet on the reproductive performance of breeding chickens.A total of 320 hens and 80 roosters aged 37 weeks were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 20 in each replicate(16 hens and 4 roosters).Each group was fed with 0,50,100 and 200 mg/kg soapberry shell powder diets in the basic diet.The experiment was carried out for 42 days.Results:the serum testosterone levels in the 200 mg/kg soapberry shell powder group were significantly increased by 55.37%,28.77%and 23.68%(P<0.05),while the serum testosterone levels in the 200 mg/kg soapberry shell powder group were significantly increased by 17.02%and 12.24%(P<0.05)compared with the control group and the 50 mg/kg soapberry shell powder group.Sperm volume in the 200 mg/kg soapberry shell powder group increased by 40.32%,40.32%and 17.57%,respectively,compared with the other groups(P<0.05),while sperm count and motility increased by 15%,7.12%,5.89%and 4.64%,respectively,compared with the control group and the 50 mg/kg soapberry shell powder group(P<0.05).Control fertilization rate were significantly lower than other three groups were 3.57%,6.65%and 1.79%(P<0.05),total egg hatchability ratio was reduced by 13.90%,14.28%and 10.27%,respectively(P<0.05),the fertilized eggs hatching rate ratio was reduced by 9.68%,11.13%and 5.00%,respectively(P<0.05),but the embryo mortality rate increased by 69.40%,107.32%and 88.75%compared with the other three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:dietary supplementation with 100 mg/kg soapberry shell powder significantly increased serum and sterone levels,improved semen character,fertilization and hatching ability,and significantly reduced embryonic mortality.
