Research on Driving Force of Multi-organization Joint Cultivation of Science and Engineering Graduate Students——Taking the Surveying and Mapping Discipline of East China University of Technology as an Example

以东华理工大学测绘学科与行业、企业、科研机构等多元组织联合培养研究生驱动力不足为源头,系统分析多元组织联合培养理工科研究生的现状、成效和存在的问题,并深入研究驱动力的形成及相关因素,提出多元组织联合培养研究生驱动力提升的对策和建议。

The drive force is not enough in the joint cultivation of graduate students under the cooperation of the surveying and mapping subject of East China University of Technology,industry,enterprises and scientific research institutions.Based on this,the paper analyzes the present situation,the effect and the existing problems of the multi-organization co-cultivation of the science and engineering graduate students.In this paper,the formation of the driving force and the related factors are deep studied.Finally,the suggestions on the promotion of the driving force are put forward.
