农村义务教育阶段教师培训需求调查分析——基于豫、湘、甘三省四市的调查

摘要 对豫、湘、甘三省628名农村义务教育阶段教师调查发现,农村义务教育阶段教师在工作中面临的主要问题是教学任务繁重、社会地位低和待遇问题;大部分教师认为,通过与专家教师交流、培训和学习先进教学经验等方式,能够提高乡村学校教学质量;他们最需要的帮助是接受系统的培训;最期待的培训形式是外出考察和现场观摩;最希望接受培训的时间是学期工作期间。经进一步分析发现教师个体特征诸如性别、教龄、年龄、任教学校类型、职称、职务、学历等在一定程度和范围上影响着教师的培训需求。针对以上分析结果,文章建议教育行政部门应创设有利于教师专业发展的外部条件,为乡村教师提供更多的培训机会,教师培训机构应根据农村教师实际情况开展针对性培训,提高乡村教师培训的实效性。 A survey of 628 rural compulsory education school teachers in Henan,Hunan and Gansu provinces shows that the main problems faced by rural primary and secondary school teachers in their work are heavy teaching tasks,low social status and low salary;most teachers believe that the quality of rural schools can be improved by consulting expert teachers,training and learning advanced teaching experience.Teachers’most needed help is to receive systematic training;the most anticipated form of training is to go out for inspection and on-site observation,and the most desirable time to receive training is during the semester's work.Through further analysis,it is found that the individual characteristics of teachers,such as gender,teaching age,age,type of school,professional title,position and educational background,affect the training needs of teachers in a certain extent and scope.Considering the above analyses,the article suggests that the educational administrative departments should create external conditions conducive to the professional development of teachers and provide more training opportunities for rural teachers.Teacher training institutions should carry out targeted training according to the actual situation of rural teachers to improve the effectiveness of rural teacher training.
