摘要
针对开关磁阻电机的双凸极结构以及磁路饱和非线性导致其低速运行时转矩脉动大、振动剧烈等问题,文章开展开关磁阻电机直接转矩控制研究,并给出了详细的控制策略。在电机速度控制环节,采用低速PI控制、高速模糊控制相结合的模糊PI控制方法优化电机调速性能;以四相8/6型开关磁阻电机为例,建立电机直接转矩控制的MATLAB仿真模型,并进行了单一PI控制、模糊控制以及模糊PI控制三种仿真实验。对比仿真结果,发现模糊PI控制在空载和负载两种情况下的转矩脉动均最小,表明模糊PI控制性能优良,适用于开关磁阻电机的调速控制。
In view of the double salient pole structure of switched reluctance motor(SRM)and the problem that the saturation nonlinearity of magnetic circuit leads to large torque ripple and violent vibration at low speed,this paper studies the direct torque control of SRM,and gives detailed control strategies.In the motor speed control link,the fuzzy PI control method which combines low speed PI control and high speed fuzzy control is used to optimize the motor speed control performance.Taking four phase 8/6 switched reluctance motor as an example,the MATLAB simulation model of direct torque control is established,and three simulation experiments of single PI control,fuzzy control and fuzzy PI control are carried out.By comparing the simulation results,it is found that the torque ripple of the fuzzy PI control is the smallest under both no-load and load conditions,which indicates that the fuzzy PI control has good performance and is suitable for the speed control of switched reluctance motor.
