摘要 针对目前医疗图像脱敏系统尚未普及、传统人工脱敏效率不高等问题,设计并实现基于Web技术的医疗图像脱敏系统。基于PyCharm开发平台,采用Flask框架封装脱敏操作,设计脱敏系统的可视化界面并实现前后端交互。该脱敏系统总体架构分为单张超声图像脱敏、批量超声图像脱敏、单张CT图像脱敏、批量CT图像脱敏4个模块。实验结果表明,针对1000张CT图像和1000张超声图像,该系统可分别在12.78 s与14.07 s内批量完成这两类图像敏感信息的脱敏工作,符合临床使用要求。 Aiming at the problem that the medical image desensitization system is not popular and the traditional artificial desensitization efficiency is not high,the medical image desensitization system based on Web technology is designed and implemented.Based on the development platform of PyCharm,the desensitization operation is encapsulated in the Flask framework,the visual interface of the desensitization system is designed and the front and rear side interaction is realized.The overall architecture of the desensitization system is divided into four modules,including single ultrasonic image desensitization,batch ultrasonic image desensitization,single CT image desensitization and batch CT image desensitization.The experimental results show that the system can desensitize the sensitive information of 1000 CT images and 1000 ultrasound images in batches within 12.78 s and 14.07 s respectively,meeting the clinical application requirements.
