基于“互联网+”O2O洗车系统的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统洗车业服务效率低和服务质量高低不平等问题,整合线下洗车行资源,提出基于“互联网+”O2O洗车系统。该系统由管理后台、平台官网和微信端功能3个子系统组成,系统客户端与服务器端的通信接口采用物联网云平台、MQTT协议进行连接,将电子商务平台与物联网技术有机结合。测试结果表明,该系统的各项指标符合设计要求,且具有健壮性强、响应速度快等优点,能有效提高洗车业的工作效率、服务质量,对促进洗车业实现智能化管理,提高社会经济效益具有重要意义。 In view of the low service efficiency and the unequal quality in the traditional car wash industry,the resources of the vehicle washing line are integrated and the O2O washing system is put forward based on the Internet plus.The system is composed of three subsystems:management background system,platform official website and WeChat function.The communication interface between system client and server is designed by using Internet of things cloud platform and MQTT protocol which combines e-commerce with Internet of things.The test results show that the system meets the design requirements,and has the advantages of strong robustness and fast response.The system can effectively improve the work efficiency and service quality of the car washing industry,which is of great significance to promote the intelligent management of the car washing industry and improve the social and economic benefits.
