科技信息时代的到来,使得通信技术被广泛应用,层出不穷的5G等技术极大地促进了通信工程产业的飞速发展,各行各业对通信工程建设的需求大大增加。根据通信工程项目管理的现有背景,文章分析了通信建设项目规划和实施过程,提出了通信建设项目实施改进方法,以促进项目有效路径管理在施工建设中的应用。

Because of the arrival of the era of science and technology information,communication technology is widely used,and the endless 5G and other technologies have greatly promoted the rapid development of communication engineering industry,and the demand for communication engineering construction in various industries has been greatly increased.According to the existing background of communication engineering project management,this paper analyzes the planning and implementation process of communication construction project,and puts forward the improvement method of communication construction project implementation to promote the application of effective path management in construction construction.
