工业机器人综合实训平台的设计与应用

Design and application of comprehensive training platform for industrial robots

工业机器人作为先进制造业中不可替代的重要装备和手段,已成为一个国家制造业水平和科技水平的重要标志。当前,我国工业领域发生着翻天覆地的变化,实现“中国制造2025”和智能制造目标,成为世界一流工业强国,离不开工业机器人技术的发展应用和高素质高级技能型人才的强力支撑,而实训设备的配置将直接影响高职院校的人才培养质量。文章介绍了工业机器人综合实训平台的主要功能、组成结构和10个教学功能模块,为培养工业机器人领域高素质、高级技能型人才奠定了良好基础。

As an irreplaceable important equipment and means in advanced manufacturing industry,industrial robot has become an important symbol of a country’s manufacturing level and scientific and technological level.At present,China’s industrial field has undergone earth-shaking changes,realizing the goal of“made in China 2025”and intelligent manufacturing,and becoming a world-class industrial power can not be separated from the development and application of industrial robot technology and the strong support of highquality advanced skilled talents,and the configuration of practical training equipment will directly affect the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.This paper introduces the main functions,composition structure and 10 teaching function modules of the integrated training platform for industrial robots for the training of industry,the high-quality and advanced skilled personnel in robot field have laid a good foundation.
