基于大数据分析的学风建设以及学生管理工作探析

高校学风建设关系到学校未来发展与人才培养质量,是高校的重要工作内容。文章结合大数据技术,对学生管理工作的相关环节进行研究,探索大数据技术在个人综合画像、群体画像、行为轨迹分析、综合预警、学业资助认定等方面的应用,进一步结合学风问卷调查结果,提出有利于学风建设的建议,助力人才培养质量的提升。

The construction of the style of study in colleges and universities is an important embodiment of the quality of teaching,which is related to the future development of colleges and the quality of personnel training.Based on the big data technology,this paper studies the relevant links of student management,explores the application of big data technology in the aspects of student comprehensive portrait,group portrait,personal portrait,comprehensive early warning,behavior track analysis,accurate funding identification,etc.,and further combines the research results of the study style,puts forward suggestions conducive to the construction of the study style,and helps to improve the quality of talent training.
