摘要
应用多层微波PCB技术,研制了一款工作于0.95GHz-2.15GHz频段的2路小型化威尔金森功分器,利用全波仿真软件对其进行了仿真,并使用Arlon微波基板进行了加工和测试.测试结果表明:该功分器输入回波损耗优于18dB;输出回波损耗优于22dB;插入损耗在3.3dB-3.7之间,带内平坦度优于0.4dB,路间一致性优于0.1dB;输出端口路间隔离度优于28dB.所提出的功分器采用了内埋设计和蜿蜒线设计,整个功分器的尺寸仅为28mm×13mm×0.76mm.
A miniaturized 2-way divider worked in 0.95 GHz to 2.15 GHz is proposed employing the multilayer microwave technique,while simulation employing full-wave software,manufacturing with Arlon microwave laminated and testing are provided.The results indicate that the divider has an input return loss better than 18 dB,output return loss better than 22dB,insertion loss between 3.3dB and 3.7 dB,which also represents a 0.4dB ripple and coherence of 0.1dB.Isolation between the two output ports are also obtained in the measurement.Using buried and mender line structure,a tremendous small size of 28mm×13mm×0.76mm is achieved of the divider.
