Shanghai Customs College has been deeply involved in the development and research of the trade through tradeoriented research and application of the intelligence resource system.It has established extensive and profound relations with the customs,tried to build a complete portal system of customs characteristic resources and an expert consulting service platform closely linked with the customs business practice,such as the trade promotion service measures.The feasible model of trade intelligence resource system promotion and service is put forward。
