榄钱化学成分、药理作用及产品开发研究进展

摘要 目的综述近年来榄钱的化学成分、药理作用及产品开发方面的研究进展,为其开发研究提供参考依据。方法通过CNKI、PubMed等专业数据库查阅近年来国内外有关榄钱化学成分、药理作用及产品开发等方面的研究概况。结果榄钱的化学成分主要包括黄酮类、酯类、生物碱类、苷类、糅质、氨基酸和微量元素等,具有利尿、抗菌、抗氧化等药理作用,目前已开发的产品主要有甜酥榄钱果、五香榄钱果、酥性饼干、袋泡茶和压片糖果等。结论通过查阅整理文献可知,榄钱化学成分及食用产品开发的研究较全面,但对药理和药用研究开发的较少。 Objective To review the progress in the chemical components,pharmacological action and product development of avicennia marina,and to provide a reference for its development and study.Methods Databases such as China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),PubMed were retrieved,and domestic and foreign studies on the chemical components,pharmacological action and product development of avicennia marina in recent years were reviewed.Results The chemical components of avicennia marina mainly include flavones,esters,alkaloids,glycosid es,tannins,amino acids and trace elements,etc,and have pharmacological effects such as diuretic,antibacterial,antiox idant,etc.The products that have been developed so far include sweet avicennia marina fruit,spiced avicennia marina fruit,crispy biscuits,teabags,pressed candies,etc.Conclusion Through literature review,it can be seen that the study on the chemical components and edible product development of avicennia marina is comprehensive,but the study on pharmacology and medicinal development is fewer.
