自拟汤药在肺癌患者靶向药物治疗不良反应中的应用效果及对生存期的影响研究

Study on the application effect of self-made decoction on adverse reactions of targeted drug therapy in patients with lung cancer and its impact on survival

目的探讨自拟汤药在肺癌患者靶向药物治疗不良反应中的应用效果及对生存期的影响。方法选取2016年12月~2017年1月我院收治的肺癌患者50例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组应用靶向药物治疗,研究组应用自拟汤药和靶向药物治疗。比较两组靶向药物不良反应发生率、生存期、生存质量。结果研究组靶向药物不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者一年生存率、两年生存率均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组躯体功能、社会功能、认知功能、情绪功能均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肺癌患者靶向药物治疗中,自拟汤药的治疗效果较为理想,增加患者的生存期,减少不良反应的发生,应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of self-made decoction on adverse reactions of targeted drug therapy in patients with lung cancer and its impact on survival.Methods 50 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with targeted drug therapy,while the study group was treated with self-made decoction and targeted drug therapy.The incidence of adverse drug reactions,survival time,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The adverse reaction incidence of targeted drug in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate and 2-year survival rate of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The physical,social,cognitive and emotional functions of the study group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the targeted drug therapy for patients with lung cancer,the self-made decoction has a better therapeutic effect,which increases the patient's survival and reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions,and should be further promoted and applied.
