厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良的临床研究

Clinical study on magnolia officinalis,ginger,pinellia ternata,liquorice and ginseng decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia due to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation

目的分析对脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良患者行以厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤治疗的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月~2019年1月我院80例脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良患者,将其随机分成两组,对照组40例患者行以异功散治疗,研究组40例患者行以厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤治疗,对照分析两组临床效果。结果从近期疗效来看,研究组为90.0%,对照组为85.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);从症状改善情况来看,研究组在餐后饱胀症状积分、早饱症状积分、腹胀症状积分、纳呆症状积分、嗳气症状积分、疲乏症状积分、便溏症状积分、恶心症状积分、呕吐症状积分以及症状总积分上均低于对照组(P<0.05);从复发情况来看,研究组4例复发,复发率为10.0%,对照组11例复发,复发率为27.5%,研究组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);从安全性上来看,两组均未出现不良反应。结论对脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良患者行以厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤治疗的临床效果确切,可以使临床症状得到有效改善,避免疾病复发,安全性良好,临床价值显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of magnolia officinalis,ginger,Pinellia ternata,liquorice and ginseng decoction in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia due to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.Methods 80 patients with functional dyspepsia due to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation at our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected,and randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the control group were treated with Yigong San powder,while 40 patients in the study group were treated with Magnolia officinalis,ginger,Pinellia ternata,liquorice and ginseng decoction.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The short-term efficacy was 90.0%in the study group and 85.0%in the control group,with no statistical difference between the groups(P>0.05);In terms of improvement of symptoms,the scores of postprandial fullness symptom,early satiety symptom,abdominal distension symptom,poor appetite symptom,belching symptom,fatigue symptom,loose stool symptom,nausea symptom,vomiting symptom,and total symptom were all lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05);In terms of recurrence,there were 4 cases of recurrence in the study group,with a recurrence rate of 10.0%;And 11 cases of recurrence in the control group,with a recurrence rate of 27.5%;The recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);In terms of safety,no adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion Magnolia officinalis,ginger,Pinellia ternata,liquorice and ginseng decoction has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia due to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and avoid disease recurrence,with good safety and significant clinical value.
