复方辛芷合剂联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎临床疗效观察

An observation of clinical efficacy of compound Xinzhi mixture combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis

目的分析复方辛芷合剂联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂对小儿过敏性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的过敏性鼻炎患儿80例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组40例,对照组予以糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联用复方辛芷合剂,比较分析两组患儿的临床疗效,以及治疗前后的血清总IgE水平。结果实验组患儿临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05。两组患儿治疗前血清总IgE比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,实验组血清总IgE水平显著低于对照组,P<0.05。实验组患儿不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论应用复方辛芷合剂联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎,疗效确切,可显著改善患儿血清总IgE水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze clinical efficacy of compound Xinzhi mixture combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray(MFNS)in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis.Methods 80 children with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with MFNS,while the study group was treated with compound Xinzhi mixture combined with MFNS on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the total serum IgE level in the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in total serum IgE between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total serum IgE level in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions(ADRs)in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Compound Xinzhi mixture combined with MFNS is definitely effective in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis.It can significantly improve the total serum IgE level of the children and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
