精细化护理在剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用效果

Application of refined nursing in cesarean section patients undergoing myomectomy

目的探讨在剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中应用精细化护理的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月医院妇产科收治的96例接受剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=48)与观察组(n=48)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予精细化护理干预。比较两组患者的首次肛门排气时间、恶露排净时间、体温转复时间、住院时间、护理满意度及术后不良反应。结果观察组患者护理后的首次肛门排气时间、恶露排净时间、体温转复时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理在行剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的应用效果较好,可缩短患者恢复时间,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of refined nursing in cesarean section patients undergoing myomectomy.Methods 96 patients who underwent cesarean section and myomectomy from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=48)by using random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given refined nursing intervention.The first time of anal exhaust,the lochia clearance time,the temperature recovery time,the length of hospital stay,the satisfaction of nursing and the adverse reactions after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter anal exhaust time,lochia clearance time,body temperature recovery time,and hospital stay than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after intervention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing is effective in cesarean section and myomectomy,which can shorten the recovery time of patients and has clinical application value.
