呼吸道九联检试剂在儿童呼吸道感染病原体检测中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析呼吸道九联检试剂在儿童呼吸道感染病原体检测中的应用价值。方法纳入本院2017年6月~2019年6月儿科收治的呼吸道感染患者1500例作为实验组,以及同期门诊体检的健康儿童1500例作为对照组,均进行呼吸道九联检试剂检测,具体包括副流感病毒(PIVS-IgM)、乙型流感病毒-IgM(IFB-IgM)、甲型流感病毒-IgM(IFA-IgM)、呼吸道合胞病毒-IgM(RSV-IgM)、腺病毒-IgM(ADV-IgM)、肺炎衣原体-IgM(CP-IgM)、Q热立克次体-IgM(COX-IgM)、肺炎支原体-IgM(MP-IgM)、嗜肺军团菌-IgM(LP-IgM),详细记录所有研究对象检测结果,并以SPSS26.0软件处理数据。结果实验组检出780例病原体阳性,对照组检出62例病原体阳性。实验组病原体阳性检出率(100.00%)明显高于对照组(91.94%),P<0.05。780例阳性标本中,550例感染,占70.51%。其中380例单一感染,占69.09%;170例混合感染,占30.91%。MP单一感染感染率以及混合感染率均高于其他病原体,P<0.05。780例阳性标本中,女性380例,占48.72%;男性400例,占51.28%,男女阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论呼吸道九联检试剂在呼吸道感染病原体检测中应用价值较高,具有检验范围广泛、检测迅速、费用低、操作方便等优点,值得借鉴。 Objective To analyze the application value of nine joint inspection reagents for respiratory tract in pathogen detection of respiratory tract infection in children.Methods 1500 patients with respiratory tract infection admitted and treated at the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were included as the experimental group,and 1500 healthy children who underwent physical examination in the Outpatient Department during the same period were included as the control group.Both groups were performed with nine joint inspection reagents for respiratory tract,including parainfluenza virus(PIVS-IgM),influenza B virus-IgM(IFB-IgM),influenza A virus-IgM(IFA-IgM),respiratory syncytial virus-IgM(RSV-IgM),adenovirus-IgM(ADV-IgM),chlamydia pneumoniae-IgM(CP-IgM),Coxiella burnetii-IgM(COX-IgM),mycoplasma pneumoniae-IgM(MP-IgM),and legionella pneumophila-IgM(LP-IgM).The detection results of all study objects were recorded in detail,and the data were processed with SPSS26.0 software.Results 780 cases were positive for pathogens in the experimental group and 62 were positive for pathogens in the control group.The positive detection rate of pathogens in the experimental group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(91.94%),P<0.05.Among the 780 positive specimens,550 were infected,accounting for 70.51%.Among which,there were 380 cases of single infection,accounting for 69.09%;There were 170 cases of mixed infection,accounting for 30.91%.MP single infection rate and mixed infection rate were higher than other pathogens,P<0.05.Among the 780 positive specimens,380 were females,accounting for 48.72%;400 were males,accounting for 51.28%.The comparison between positive rates of males and females showed P>0.05.Conclusion Nine joint inspection reagents for respiratory tract have a higher application value in pathogen detection of respiratory tract infection,along with the advantages of wide range of inspection,rapid detection,low cost,convenient operation,etc.,which is worthy of reference.
