生化检验中CHE、ALT及AST在肝硬化疾病诊断中的应用价值

Application value of CHE,ALT and AST in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis in biochemical tests

目的探讨生化检验中血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)在肝硬化疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法从我院2014年12月~2018年12月选取1200例肝硬化疾病患者作为观察组,同期选取1200例健康体检者作为对照组,进行生化指标检验,观察比较两组患者的血清CHE等指标情况。结果观察组患者的血清CHE为(2125.36±739.75)U/L,明显低于对照组(7136.51±2288.67)U/L,并且观察组患者的谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的白蛋白(ALB)水平明显低于对照组,观察组患者的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、直接胆红素(DBL)、总胆红素(TBL)、总胆汁酸(TBA)水平,明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生化检验中CHE有利于肝硬化疾病的诊断,CHE是反映肝细胞蛋白合成代谢功能的一项重要指标,对肝硬化疾病的诊疗具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the application value of CHE in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis in biochemical tests.Methods 1200 patients with liver cirrhosis at our hospital from December 2014 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group,while 1200 healthy examined subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.Biochemical index test was conducted to observe and compare the serum cholinesterase(CHE)and other indexes between the two groups of patients.Results The serum cholinesterase(CHE)in patients of the observation group was(2125.36±739.75)U/L,which was significantly lower than(7136.51±2288.67)U/L of the control group;Moreover,the levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine transaminase(ALT)in patients of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The level of albumin(ALB)in patients of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;The levels of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),direct bilirubin(DBL),total bilirubin(TBL),and total bile acid(TBA)in patients of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In biochemical tests,CHE is conducive to the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.CHE is an important index to reflect the function of hepatocyte protein anabolism,which has important clinical value for the diagnosis and treatment of liver cirrhosis.
