研究无创正压通气在急性呼吸衰竭急诊治疗中的应用效果

Study on the application effects of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in emergency treatment of acute respiratory failure

目的探讨急性呼吸衰竭急诊治疗中无创正压通气的治疗效果。方法随机选取2017年1月~2019年1月本院接收的200例急性呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为两组,各100例,对照组采取常规治疗方案,研究组接受无创正压通气治疗方案,统计各组临床治疗效果,比较治疗前后各项指标,并统计并发症发生情况。结果在治疗总有效率及并发症发生率方面,研究组分别为90.00%和9.00%,对照组分别为79.00%和24.00%,研究组治疗总有效率较对照组更高,而并发症发生率较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在RR、PaCO2、HR及PaO2方面,治疗前两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组均较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性呼吸衰竭急诊治疗过程中,无创正压通气具有显著应用效果,不仅可以获取较高的治疗效果,改善患者呼吸、心率状况,同时可避免并发症的发生,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in emergency treatment of acute respiratory failure.Methods 200 patients with acute respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly selected,and randomly divided into two groups,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received routine therapeutic regimen,while the study group received the therapeutic regimen of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.The clinical therapeutic effect of each group was counted,the indexes before and after treatment were compared,and the occurrence of complications was counted.Results The overall response rate and incidence of complications were 90.00%and 9.00%in the study group,and 79.00%and 24.00%in the control group,respectively.The overall response rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);In terms of RR,PaCO2,HR and PaO2,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the study group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency treatment of acute respiratory failure,non-invasive positive pressure ventilation has a significant application effect,which can not only obtain a higher therapeutic effect,improve patients’respiration and heart rate,but also avoid the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
