摘要
带式输送机是通过摩擦力运送货物的一种主要设备,在各行各业得到广泛应用,被公认为具有很大经济价值的输送设备.但在带式输送机正常工作时,由于受力差的存在,导致皮带打滑,长时间工作,减小工作效率,造成设备部件损坏.基于智能检测方法对带式输送机皮带打滑进行检测,减少皮带打滑现象,具有重要的意义.文章就此展开分析,仅供参考.
Belt conveyor is a main equipment for transporting goods by friction,widely used in all walks of life,is recognized as a transport equipment of great economic value.However,when the belt conveyor is working normally,due to the existence of force difference,the belt will slip,work for a long time,reduce the working efficiency,and cause damage to the equipment parts.It is of great significance to detect belt slippage of belt conveyor based on intelligent detection method to reduce belt slippage.This paper analyzes this for reference only.
