摘要
半法兰盖零件是口罩机换能器的不可缺少的联接装置,只有半法兰盖正常工作才能确保换能器的正常工作,从而保证口罩机的正常生产.提高半法兰盖零件的加工效率,是影响口罩产能的关键.本文结合实际生产,设计改进工装,提高半法兰盖加工效率,方便实用.
The half-flange cover part is an indispensable coupling device for the mask machine transducer,Only the normal operation of the half flange cover can ensure the normal operation of the transducer,thereby ensuring the normal production of the mask machine.Improving the processing efficiency of half-flange cover parts is the key to affecting the mask production capacity.In this paper,combined with actual production,the design improves the tooling,improves the processing efficiency of the half flange cover,and is convenient and practical.
