二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的效果研究

Investigation on the effect of metformin combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes

目的:研究二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法:2017年4月-2019年2月收治2型糖尿病患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组口服二甲双胍治疗;观察组口服二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,观察组治疗后血糖水平优于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病,可有效控制血糖水平,且不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective:To study the effect of metformin combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:From April 2017 to February 2019,92 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given oral metformin treatment.The observation group was given oral metformin combined with acarbose treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,the blood sugar level of the observation group was better than the control group and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can effectively control the blood sugar level,with less adverse reactions and high safety.
