缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床效果评价

Evaluation of clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension

目的:研究缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床应用效果。方法:2016年10月-2018年1月收治老年高血压患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组应用缬沙坦治疗;观察组应用缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及患者满意率均高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,且治疗后血压下降幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压,可以获得更高的疗效,还能减少不良反应的发生,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly people with hypertension.Methods:From October 2016 to January 2018,40 elderly patients with hypertension were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan and the observation group was treated with valsartan combined with amlodipine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group were higher than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,the decrease of blood pressure after treatment was better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension in the elderly patients can not only obtain higher efficacy,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve patients'satisfaction.
