前列地尔联合贝那普利对糖尿病患者血糖波动的影响

Effects of alprostadil combined with benazepril on blood glucose fluctuation in diabetes mellitus

目的:研究前列地尔联合贝那普利应用于糖尿病患者对血糖波动的影响。方法:2010年1月-2018年1月收治糖尿病患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予贝那普利治疗;观察组给予前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及24 h尿微蛋白排泄量水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后日内平均血糖波动幅度、血糖波动最大幅度及平均餐后血糖波动幅度均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病,效果显著,可有效控制血糖,改善血糖波动,且安全性较高。

Objective:To study the effect of alprostadil combined with benazepril on blood glucose fluctuation in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:From January 2010 to January 2018,80 patients with diabetes mellituswere enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril and the observation group was treated with alprostadil combined with benazepril.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and 24 h urinary microprotein excretion of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average indicator levels of blood glucose fluctuation,the maximum blood glucose fluctuation and the average postprandial blood glucose fluctuation in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of alprostadil combined with benazepril on DM is remarkable,which can effectively control blood glucose,improve blood glucose fluctuation and it have high safety.
