非手术治疗与髓内钉手术治疗肱骨近端三部分和四部分骨折的疗效

Effect of non-surgical treatment and intramedullary nail surgery in the treatment of three-part and four-part proximal humerus fractures

目的:探讨非手术治疗与髓内钉手术治疗肱骨近端三部分和四部分骨折的疗效。方法:2016年7月-2019年2月收治肱骨近端三部分和四部分骨折患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采取非手术治疗;观察组实施髓内钉手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组肩关节活动度、肩关节疼痛评分、肩关节Neer评分、肩关节恢复优良率、并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肱骨近端三部分和四部分骨折患者实施髓内钉手术或非手术治疗均可获得较高的临床效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of non-surgical treatment and intramedullary nail surgery in the treatment of three-part and four-part proximal humerus fractures.Methods:From July 2016 to February 2019,100 patients with three-part and four-part proximal humerus fractures were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with non-surgical treatment.The observation group was treated with intramedullary nail surgery.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The shoulder joint mobility,the pain score of shoulder joint,the Neer score of shoulder joint,the recovery rate of shoulder joint and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with three-part and four-part proximal humerus fractures can achieve higher clinical results by both intramedullary nail surgery and non-surgical treatment.
