摘要
目的:研究微创旋切减压植骨钽棒支撑治疗股骨头坏死的临床效果。方法:2015年5月-2017年5月收治股骨头坏死患者80例,均采用微创旋切减压植骨钽棒支撑治疗,分析临床效果。结果:所有患者治疗后髋关节功能评分均有明显好转,且影像学检查显示良好。24个月回访结果显示,两年内因保髋失败而行髋关节置换术8例,保髋成功72例,保髋成功率为90%。结论:微创旋切减压植骨钽棒支撑治疗股骨头坏死的临床效果较好。
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of osteonecrosis of femoral head with minimally invasive rotary decompression bone grafting and tantalum rod support.Methods:From May 2015 to May 2017,80 patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head were selected.They were all treated with minimally invasive rotary decompression bone grafting and tantalum rod support.We analyzed the clinical effect.Results:After treatment,the hip joint function scores of all patients were significantly improved,the imaging examination showed good.The results of 24-month follow-up showed that in two years,hip replacement was performed in 8 cases due to failure of hip conserving,72 cases were successful in hip conserving,and the success rate of hip conserving was 90%.Conclusion:The treatment effect of osteonecrosis of femoral head with minimally invasive rotary decompression bone grafting and tantalum rod support is better.
