复方甘草酸苷与阿维A胶囊联合治疗寻常型银屑病疗效及不良反应观察

Observation on the efficacy and adverse reactions of compound glycyrrhizin combined with acitretin capsule in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷与阿维A胶囊联合治疗寻常型银屑病疗效及不良反应。方法:2017年9月-2018年7月收治寻常型银屑病患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组口服复方甘草酸苷片治疗;试验组口服复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗总有效率低于试验组,不良反应发生率高于试验组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病不仅改善疗寻常型银屑病的临床症状,还减少了阿维A产生的不良反应,是一种治疗相对安全的方法。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of compound glycyrrhizin combined with acitretin capsule in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:From September 2017 to July 2018,100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were selected,they were randomly divided into two the groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets.The experimental group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin combined with acitretin capsule.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound glycyrrhizin combined with acitretin capsule in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris not only improves the clinical symptoms of psoriasis vulgaris,but also reduces the adverse reactions caused by acitretin,which is a relatively safe method for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
