疏肝通瘀汤联合倍他乐克治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysisof shugan tongyu decoction combined with betaloc in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的:探究疏肝通瘀汤联合倍他乐克治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:2018年3月-2019年10月收治冠心病心绞痛患者88例,随机分为两组各44例。对照组给予倍他乐克治疗;试验组给予疏肝通瘀汤+倍他乐克治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,每周心绞痛发作次数、每次发作持续时间、炎症因子[白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]及血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝通瘀汤+倍他乐克治疗冠心病心绞痛效果确切,利于患者改善症状。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of shugan tongyu decoction combined with betaloc in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:From March 2018 to October 2019,88 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betaloc;The experimental group was treated with shugan tongyu decoction+betaloc.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group,the frequency of angina pectoris attacks per week,the duration of each attack,the level of inflammatory factors(IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP)and the levels of blood lipid(TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C)were better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan tongxue decoction+betaloc is effective in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
