健脾养胃颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的效果及安全性分析

Analysis of the effect and safety of Jianpi Yangwei granule in the treatment of infantile anorexia

目的:探讨健脾养胃颗粒对小儿厌食症的治疗效果。方法:2018年3月-2019年6月收治厌食症患儿82例,随机分为两组各41例。对照组采用常规治疗;观察组采用健脾养胃颗粒治疗。比较两组临床效果、不良反应及免疫功能。结果:对照组治疗后临床总有效率明显低于观察组,不良反应发生率明显高于观察组,对照组免疫球蛋白水平均明显低于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用健脾养胃颗粒治疗厌食症患儿能有效减少不良反应,改善免疫功能,提高临床效果。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Yangwei granules in the treatment of infantile anorexia.Methods:82 children with anorexia were selected from March 2018 to June 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yangwei granule.We compared clinical effect,adverse reactions and immune function between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly higher than that of the observation group,and the level of immunoglobulin in the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yangwei granule can effectively reduce the adverse reactions,improve the immune function and improve the clinical effect.
