摘要
目的:探讨护理干预在支气管哮喘患者知识掌握水平中的应用效果。方法:2018年4月-2019年1月收治支气管哮喘患者65例,随机分为两组。参照组实施基础护理;研究组加强全面护理干预。比较两组知识掌握优良率、自我护理能力评分及复诊率。结果:研究组干预后知识掌握优良率、自我护理能力评分及复诊率均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强支气管哮喘患者护理干预的作用显著,可改善患者知识掌握水平及自我护理能力。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the knowledge mastery level of bronchial asthma patients.Methods:From April 2018 to January 2019,65 patients with bronchial asthma were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.Reference group implemented basic nursing.Research group strengthened comprehensive nursing intervention.The excellent and good rate of knowledge mastery,the self-care ability score and follow-up rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of knowledge mastery,self-care ability score and follow-up rate in the study group were higher than the reference group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of strengthening nursing intervention for patients with bronchial asthma is significant,which can improve patients'knowledge mastery level and self-care ability.
