改良早期预警评分在急诊创伤留观患者陪检及转运中的应用

Application of improved early warning score in accompany examination and transportation of patients with emergency trauma

目的:探讨改良早期预警评分(MEWS)对急诊科创伤留观患者陪检及转运的影响。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年2月急诊科患者286例,随机分为两组。对照组采用急诊科常规转运模式;试验组在急诊科常规转运模式基础上实施改良MEWS。比较两组患者不良事件发生率、死亡率及满意度。结果:试验组患者不良事件发生率及满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者1个月内死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良MEWS能减少不良事件发生率、提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of improved early warning score(MEWS)on the accompany examination and transportation of trauma patients in emergency department.Methods:From August 2019 to February 2020,286 emergency patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine transportation mode in emergency department.The experimental group was given modified MEWS on the basis of routine transport mode in emergency department.We compared the incidence of adverse events,mortality and satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the incidence of adverse events and satisfaction were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in 1 month mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Improved MEWS can reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve patient satisfaction.
