针对性护理在肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of targeted nursing in the perioperative nursing of holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi

目的:分析针对性护理在肾结石患者钬激光碎石术围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年9月-2019年3月行钬激光碎石术的肾结石患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。试验组给予针对性护理;对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者护理满意度及生活质量。结果:试验组护理满意度和生活质量优良率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾结石手术患者应用针对性护理,效果显著优于常规护理,不仅有助于提升护理满意度,还能够提高患者生活质量优良率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in perioperative nursing of holmium laser lithotripsy patients with renal calculus.Methods:From September 2016 to March 2019,90 patients with renal calculus who underwent holmium laser lithotripsy were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The experimental group was given targeted nursing.The control group was given conventional nursing.The nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients between the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients in the experimental group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of targeted nursing in patients with renal calculus who undergoing surgery is significantly better than conventional nursing,which can not only helpful to improve nursing satisfaction,but also can improve the excellent and good rate of quality of life of patients.
