围术期手术室护理中对不安全因素的防范措施实施效果研究

Study on the effect of preventive measures on unsafe factors in perioperative operating room nursing

目的:研究围术期手术室护理中不安全因素防范措施的实施效果。方法:选取2011年1月-2013年12月择期进行156例手术作为对照组,对患者给予围术期手术室常规护理;选取2016年1月-2018年12月择期进行156例手术作为观察组,在常规护理基础上实施不安全因素防范措施。比较两组不安全事件管理情况及实施效果。结果:观察组护理人员的管理态度、管理意识、管理认识、管理行为意向评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组,护患纠纷发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围术期手术室护理中不安全因素防范措施的实施,可明确降低不安全事件的发生,且能提高患者满意度,降低护患纠纷发生率。

Objective:To study the effect of preventive measures on unsafe factors in perioperative operating room nursing.Methods:From January 2011 to December 2013,156 patients who underwent selective surgery were selected as control group and they were given conventional nursing in operating room during the perioperative period.From January 2016 to December 2018,156 patients who underwent selective surgery were selected as observation group,they were implemented unsafe factors prevention measures on the basis of conventional nursing.The unsafe incident management and implementation effect between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of management attitude,management consciousness,management understanding and management behavior intention in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the incidence of nurse-patient disputes was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the preventive measures of unsafe factors in operating room nursing during perioperative period can clearly reduce the occurrence of unsafe events,improve patients'satisfaction and reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes.
