综合性护理对前列腺炎患者治疗依从性与生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with prostatitis

目的:评价综合性护理对前列腺炎患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法:2018年4月-2019年7月收治前列腺炎患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者治疗依从性、疾病知识知晓率及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理对前列腺炎患者进行干预,能够有效提升疾病知识知晓率,提高患者治疗依从性和生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with prostatitis.Methods:From April 2018 to July 2019,96 patients with prostatitis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The treatment compliance,the disease knowledge awareness rate and the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of comprehensive nursing on patients with prostatitis can effectively improve the awareness rate of disease knowledge and improve the treatment compliance and quality of life.
